How long does it take from placing my order to receiving it?
Where we aim to get orders processed within 24 to 72 hours.
Orders usually take anything between 3 - 7 working days for delivery.
We can express some items but you will need to check if this is available by contacting the store.

Some items can take a little longer so we ask that you please allow 14 working days for delivery. We will look into missing or outstanding orders on the next working day after the 14th Working day.

International Shipments will take a few days more to reach their final destination.

Please note we have a standard delivery charge of £4.50
 This charge is PER ORDER and NOT PER ITEM.
Larger items and international orders will be calculated by weight and once you address details are entered and we know the goods destination, you will see the full postal price before committing to purchase.
You will be contacted if there are any problems with postage to your area.

We use Parcel Force, Royal Mail and occasionally UPS Depending on the shipment.


What couriers do you use
Royal Mail, Parcel Force, UPS and DHL This is dependant on your location and size of shipment


What does my Order Status mean?
o    “Not Finished” –  We aim to deal with your order within 24 – 48 hours . If however this has not changed after 3 working days of you placing the order please contact us as this means there may be an issue with your order

o    “Processed” –  This means that we are looking into your order and running a security check on your card, also your items will be requested from the warehouse at this point. If there is a stock issue then we will contact you within 48 hours.

o     “Back Ordered” – If your ordered items are not in stock, but will be soon your order will be back ordered.

o    “Queued” –  There is a problem with your payment details or stock levels of the item you ordered. You should receive an email or phone call from us regarding the issue. However we STRONGLY recommend that you contact us ASAP if your order status is Queued.


o    “Failed” – This is due to your details not being present or a declined payment, again we STRONGLY recommend that you contact us ASAP if your order status is Failed


o    “Complete” –  Your Order has been shipped! So keep an eye out for your order! It should be with you within 24 – 48 hours!! (International orders should take around 4 -7 working days from this point)



It’s Been 5 Days since I placed my order what should I do?
Firstly you should check your order status. See the above information on order status to see the time scales for delivery, If your order is Queued, Failed or Not finished you should contact the store, otherwise your order should be on route to you and you should allow 14 working days for delivery.



How should I contact the store?
We ask that you use our Contact us forms, this is the best way of getting an answer as we get your full details and we can trace your information before you contact you back. If you think there is a more complicated problem we highly suggest that you phone us  You can find a contact form and telephone number in our Contact us section.


How do I return an item?
Goods can be returned for a full refund within a reasonable time if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event, please contact us. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, they can also be returned for a refund, if the items are deemed unsuitable.    You will need to contact us with your details for a refund.

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days (after the day you receive them). We ask that you provide proof of purchase, your invoice and or receipts of purchase these MUST be accompanied by a completed returns form. This is so we know where & who the goods are coming from. How do I see other images of the item I am looking at?
If you click on the main picture a new window will open with alternative images in. There are numbered tabs across the top of this page this allows you alternate between different pictures.


The Item I would like to order is out of stock/ or the colour size combination is not available what should I do?
In this case we advise that you contact us ASAP as some Products come and go into stock quite often, so sometimes and Item may be available for a limited period, and may then sell out before we even get a chance to change its status online. So contact the store to find out the exact availability.

Do  you sell EVERY VAUDE Product?
In a word YES!!  We have access to the Vaude electronic warehouse system; this enables us to check the availability of every single Vaude product. In some cases we can even see when a sold out item will become available again! So, it maybe worth you phoning before you place your order, to check availability!

Can I get discounts over the phone?
Not really – Any discount is an offer for when you use the website and register with us.
